Registrants must provide
• Either a medical certificate mentioning the “no contraindication to the practice of ski mountaineering in competition”, issued less than one year before the date of the event (or its photocopy).
• Either one of the following sports licenses for the 2021/22 competition season: FFME, FFCAM, with a medical visa or, failing that, a medical certificate mentioning "no contraindication to the practice of ski mountaineering in competition", issued less one year before the date of the test (or its photocopy).
• For foreign runners, the medical certificate is mandatory even for IMSF licensees and must be written in French or sent with a certified translation.

From the U14 category (people born before 31/12/2008)

- 1000m D+ Departure from the Valmeinier 1800 snow front at 19 p.m., arrival at the arrival station of the Sandonière chairlift at 2750m.
From the U18 category (people born before 31/12/2006)
