To celebrate the arrival of spring as well as the end of this beautiful 2023/2024 winter season, the Valmeinier resort offers you numerous activities during the closing week, from April 7 to 12.
So why not take advantage of the beautiful April weather for a session of Spring skiing in Valmeinier? You can also participate in our free activities!
Activities on the slopes in spring
Spring skiing in Valmeinier is a chance to take part in many free activities and events, all under the sun!
- SUNDAY 07/04 and WEDNESDAY 10/04 : 2 sessions of yoga at altitude on the platform of Sandonière, the highest point of Valmeinier station! (session times: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 14 p.m. to 15 p.m.), meet directly on site, no registration, be in possession of a lump sum and know how to ski to get to the platform.
- MONDAY 08/04 : Distribution of Pitch + Raclette Party at the TS des Jeux for your ski break! (10:30 a.m. to 14 p.m.) you must have a ski pass to take the chairlift.
- TUESDAY 09/04 : Number of juggling and bubbles offered by the company circus Déo from Annecy (11 a.m. to 14 p.m.).
- THURSDAY 11/04 : Session of balloon sculptures at the top of the “Grandes Drozes” chairlift (11 a.m. to 14 p.m.) you must have a ski pass to take the chairlift.
- CAUFEST FRIDAY 12/04 : Water-Slide hosted by the “Event and Cau” association with evening in the multipurpose room. Come end the season in style by participating in our local festival!

Yoga class
Personalized yoga class are set up every week to stretch well after a good spring ski session!
The THURSDAYS April 21, 28 and March 4, 11 at 10 a.m. in the Multipurpose room at 1800. Registration at the Tourist Office reception.

Wild skiing and hiking week
For spring ski enthusiasts, Valmeinier ESF organizes the week of off-piste skiing and hiking, for experienced and sporty skiers. The program is adaptable according to the weather and demand (4 people minimum per outing).
- Sunday 07 / 04: Vallons off-piste 9:30 a.m. / 12 p.m. – €40 per person (ski pass requested).
- MONDAY 08 / 04: Hike of the Crêtes du Crey du Quart 9 a.m. / 12 p.m. – €40 per person (ski pass requested)
- TUESDAY 09 / 04: Grand Fourchon hike 8:30 a.m. / 12 p.m. – €40 per person (no package)
- WEDNESDAY 10 / 04: Hike to our neighbors 8 a.m. / 12 p.m. – €50 per person (no package)
- THURSDAY 11 / 04: Onward to mount my first 1 9 a.m. / 13 p.m. – €50 per person (ski pass requested)
- FRIDAY 12 / 04: Wolf off-piste 9 a.m. / 12 p.m. – €40 per person (ski pass requested)
Caufest Festival – Waterslide in Valmeinier!
Waterslide: Come and take part in the biggest Water Slide in Valmeinier from 14 p.m. and try your best tricks on it. A refreshment bar will be there all day to quench your thirst.
Evening : To end the season as it should be, come and attend the concert in the multi-purpose room offered by the CAUFEST Festival, a refreshment bar is obviously planned to end this season in style!
