Galibier Thabor ski area which brings together the resorts of VALMEINIER and VALLOIRE – 160km of slopes from 1430 to 2750m altitude in the south of Savoie, in the Maurienne Valley.

Already renowned in the Maurienne valley for its size, its exceptional location in the extreme south of Savoie and not far from the famous Galibier pass, the GALIBIER-THABOR ski area links the resorts of Valmeinier and Valloire. It refers to two emblematic peaks of the region which rise to more than 3 m above sea level: Le Galibier and Le Thabor. The ski area benefits from plenty of sunshine and optimal snow conditions from December to April.
